The MACH 1: Compatible with just about everything!
The MACH 1 is built to give you maximum freedom. Thanks to its wide compatibility, it works seamlessly with nearly all bike components on the market. Whether you’re upgrading your current setup, mixing different parts, or planning a completely new build - the MACH 1 lets you go in any direction you want.

Bike parts compatibility
The MACH 1 bike frame is designed to be compatible with almost all types of road, gravel, and MTB components based on derailleur systems ranging from 3x8 to 1x12 setups, so all 1x, 2x, and 3x setups. It supports leading drivetrain brands such as SHIMANO, SRAM, microSHIFT, Campagnolo, L-TWOO, SENSAH, and microNEW, ensuring broad compatibility and flexibility for every rider. The MACH 1 has:

a rear derailleur hanger design for mounting your rear derailleur

a 34.9mm diameter tube above the bottom bracket to allow for mounting clamp-type front deraileurs that allow for shiftercables from beneath, the so-called “bottom-pull front derailleurs”

Outer shifter cables. We deliver Ø4,2mm SIS (Shimano Index System) outer cables

a bottom bracket shell that allows for every BSA threaded 68mm bottom bracket

a 130mm wide rear stay with drop-out for mounting the MACH 1 on to your (smart)trainer with a quick-release skewer

a standard saddle mount so you can install any road bike or MTB saddle

a 31.8mm handlebar clamp so you can install your favorite handlebar

This means the MACH 1 is not compatible with:

thru-axle mounting
-
top-pull front derailleurs
-
braze-on derailleurs. For the latter you could use a 34.9mm clamp adapter
Also, mounting full electronic digital derailleurs and shifters requires "handy-man" efforts, but would be a fun project!

(Smart) trainer compatibility
In general: All direct-drive trainers that fit your own road bike, gravel bike or MTB will be compatible with YourBike’s MACH1. Below is a list of currently available models bearing in mind that older products will also fit. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any compatibility questions!

This means the MACH 1 is not compatible with the old fashioned 'wheel-on trainers' which require a real wheel in the bike frame.

Compatibility with (online) training software
It's Your Choice!
The (smart) trainer you select will be leading in what software you can use to do your trainings with. This means there is no vendor lock-in for this matter!
Most trainers will come with their own proprietory software (Tacx Training, My E-Training or Wahoo SYSTM) but will also offer you seamless integration with platforms like:
Zwift, TrainerRoad, Rouvy, Bkool, Fulgaz, Kinomap, Rouvy, MyWoosh, IC Trainer, TrainerDay, Sufferfest and VirtuPro!
