Conditions for Returns​

• Orders can be returned within 14 days after the item is delivered.

• Consumers: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.

• Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or functioning, we may deduct depreciation from your refund.

• The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.

• Custom‑painted frames are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

• B2B customers: The right of withdrawal does not apply. Returns are only accepted if approved by us in writing. Returned products must be unused and in fully resaleable condition. A restocking fee may apply; if so, this will be communicated in advance.

How to Return Your Item​

• To start a return, please email us at contact@yourbike.cc to request a Return Authorisation.

• Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

• You must print and attach your own return label before sending the item back to us.

Refunds​

• A refund will be issued after we have received and inspected your returned item.

• Refunds are always processed only after receipt of the returned product.

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
