Conditions for Returns​

• Orders can be returned within 14 days after the item is delivered

• Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

• The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer

• Custom-painted frames are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded

How to Return Your Item​

• To start a return, please email us at contact@yourbike.cc to request a Return Authorisation
  Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions. Please note that you must print and attach your own return label before sending the item back to us

Refunds​

• After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
