Welcome to YourBike.cc (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.yourbike.cc (the “Site”), and any purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Site.

 

1. Definitions & Applicability

  1. “Customer”, “you”, “your” refers to any visitor to the Site, and/or any person or entity placing an order through the Site.

  2. These Terms apply to all purchases of products from the Site, including “Frame Only”, “Configurations”, “Elite Trainer”, and any other products or services offered.

  3. By placing an order, the Customer declares they are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18), and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

 

2. Orders, Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

  1. All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order — for example, due to product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or lack of solvency.

  2. A sales contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation notice (e.g. by email). Until then, you have no legal claim to the products.

  3. We reserve the right to cancel orders even after acceptance (e.g. if stock runs out) — in that case we will refund any amounts paid.

  4. All product images, descriptions and specifications are for illustration only. Actual products may differ slightly due to screen settings, photography or manufacturing differences.

 

3. Prices & Payment

  1. All prices shown on the Site are in Euros (€) and include statutory VAT (unless otherwise stated). Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order. The price charged is the one displayed on the Site at the moment your order is accepted.

  3. Payment must be completed at the time of order finalization. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  1. We will deliver products to the shipping address provided by you during the order process.

  2. Delivery times and costs are described on our Shipping Information page.

  3. If a product is unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any payment made.

 

5. Right of Withdrawal / Returns & Refunds

  1. As a private consumer purchasing through our online store, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without specifying a reason. This does not apply to custom‑colored frames.

  2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (e.g. via email) before the withdrawal period expires.

  3. You must return the product in the same condition in which you received it — unused, with all original packaging, parts and accessories. Products showing signs of usage beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning may not be eligible for return.

  4. We will refund the purchase price (excluding our original shipping costs), within 14 / 30 days (choose according to your internal policy) after receiving the returned product.

 

6. Use of the Website — Acceptable Use

By using our Site, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Upload or transmit any harmful code (viruses, malware, etc.).

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or accounts.

  • Use false or misleading information when placing an order or in any correspondence.

  • Violate applicable laws (including intellectual property laws).

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, and we reserve the right to take legal action.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, designs — is owned by or licensed to YourBike.cc, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

  2. You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution or republication, is strictly prohibited.

 

8. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability & Warranty

  1. The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied.

  2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourBike.cc disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  3. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury — arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase/use of products.

  4. Any representation about product performance, compatibility, colours, or other specifications are estimates only. We do not guarantee they are always accurate.

 

9. External Links & Third‑Party Content

Our Site may contain links to third‑party websites. These are provided solely for your convenience. We do not control, endorse or guarantee the content, availability or accuracy of those websites. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of third‑party websites.

 

10. Amendments / Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Site following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in The Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
